What is an Inner Alignment Session?

Sometimes the body holds onto more than we consciously realize. Past experiences, emotional stress, and deeply held beliefs can create patterns that quietly shape how we feel, respond, and move through life.

Some of these patterns are from this lifetime. Others may have been passed down through family lines, or run even deeper.

Inner Alignment Sessions work with your body and subconscious mind to gently uncover and release what may still be held beneath the surface. Rather than following a fixed structure, each session is guided by what your body is ready to address, at a pace that feels natural and supportive.

All sessions are offered remotely, so you can experience this from wherever you feel most at ease.

We begin with your intention. From there, your body leads.

At the start of each session, we check in with your body to understand what kind of support it is most ready for. This ensures that what we work with is truly aligned with where you are right now.

 

Using a structured yet intuitive approach, we communicate with the subconscious mind to identify what is ready to be addressed. As these layers surface, the body is gently supported in releasing what it no longer needs, at a pace that feels natural to you.
