Energy Release Sessions using Emotion Code and Body Code methods to help release what may still be held in the body, often from emotional experiences, stress, or other influences that haven’t fully processed.

Sometimes what the body takes in doesn’t fully release, even when you’ve moved forward.

The body is constantly taking in and processing experiences, environments, and stressors, and sometimes not everything fully releases.

These sessions are designed to help identify and release those layers, so you can feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease.

How Sessions Work 

We begin with a brief conversation about what you’d like support with. Using Emotion Code and Body Code, I then identify and release layers the body may still be holding onto, whether from emotional experiences, stress, or other influences that have impacted the system over time.

​

There’s no need to relive past experiences. The process is guided by your body and unfolds in a gentle, supportive way.

​

After a session, you may feel lighter, calmer, or notice shifts over the following days.

​

Each session is unique and guided by what your body is ready to release.

​

Sessions are offered remotely, so you can take part from the comfort of your own home. They typically last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on what the body is ready to release.
